Pest Control Technician

Salary Range: $20-$24/hour

We are looking for a Pest Control Technician who wants to make a real impact in their community. No experience necessary – we provide training. This is a full-time weekday position with overtime available. Our team of Pest Technicians have the option to operate out of either Minnetonka, Little Canada, or Burnsville locations.

• Communicate with customers and promote add-on services.
• Safely mix and apply pesticides to structures according to company, state, and federal standards.
• Electronically record all services promptly in our database.
• Maintain the company vehicle with an inventory of supplies as outlined by our fleet department.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and commitment to safe driving.
• Obtain pesticide applicator’s license within 30 days of start (we will pay for the test).
• Ability to perform field work, including tasks performed on hands and knees, including during inclement weather.

• Experience in building construction or maintenance.
• In-person sales experience.

Work is performed outdoors in any weather element. May be required to bend, reach, stoop, and lift objects; may be exposed to conditions including chemicals, the use of tools, and equipment. Safety precautions must be followed at all times, including the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and other safety equipment. Must be able to lift 50 pounds at any given time.
