Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a utility location;
Carry and maintain assigned equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, and site-specific armed post instructions;
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site representatives and/or public responders as directed;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, yards, and perimeter areas, checking gates, doors, and critical infrastructure for unusual conditions;
Complete detailed activity and incident reports, including observations from patrols, access control actions, and follow-up communications
