Welcome all guests with a consistent level of friendly, empathetic customer service as if they were guests in our home. Saints Entry Gate Security are responsible for assisting guests through the security screening process, providing a safe and enjoyable event for all guests and staff.

• Facilitates orderly CHS Field entry gate security screening process
• Communicates security policies and procedures when needed
• Monitors entry and exit points to include screening of guests and bags prior to entering the ballpark
• Position includes frequent interaction with guests and Saints’ staff
• Opportunities for extended shift hours including transition into Usher position following the conclusion of the Gate Security shift

• Must be 18 years or older
• Availability to work a minimum of 25 of the 75 home games
• Working mainly nights including several weekends and summer holidays
• Friendly customer service skills while implementing ballpark security policies
• Sound judgment and a calm, courteous voice is a must
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be able to stand for a minimum of three (3) hours
• Private security experience a plus but not required
• 2+ years of customer service experience a plus

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold and rain
• Standing for extended periods, sometimes in a busy and noisy environment
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and may include some holiday dates
• Hours vary according to game and may be impacted by inclement weather
• Report time is two hours before the start of the game with most Gate Security shifts averaging four hours
• Opportunities for extended hours may be available and should be discussed during the application process
• This is a seasonal, part-time position with expected pay $16.50 per hour
