We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Lender to help businesses across the Twin Cities flourish through responsive, relationship-based banking. This role is based in our North Oaks branch and is a great fit for someone who knows—and is connected to—the northern suburbs community. You’ll join a team that values responsiveness, collaboration, and authentic partnership with the businesses we serve.

• In this role, you’ll build and maintain strong banking relationships, ensure client satisfaction and retention, acquire new clients, actively network and engage with the community, and apply sound risk management.

We’re seeking candidates with mid-level experience (5–15 years) at the VP/SVP level in a community banking commercial lender role. You’ve been in the role long enough to know you love it—and want to make a career of it. Ideal candidates are relationship driven and hard-working, have demonstrated strengths in sales and local market commercial lending, committed to networking and building client relationships, possess strong knowledge and experience in small to mid-sized business lending, and enjoy working in an environment of collaboration with other lenders, credit and loan servicing teams.

• Competitive salary and benefits package: Salary range commensurate with qualifications, education, and experience—including base pay from $130,000 to $185,000 plus incentives.
