Inside Sales Business Development Representative

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to achieve $1–$3M in new revenue annually
• Make 40–50 outbound calls daily to engage prospects and schedule meetings
• Conduct virtual meetings to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
• Record all interactions and update opportunity stages in Salesforce CRM
• Collaborate with Account Managers to coordinate site visits, line trials, and audits

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/mechanical or marketing field, or equivalent experience
• 2–5 years of professional sales experience, preferably in industrial chemicals
• Proven success in prospecting and new business development
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence via phone
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
