• Industry Experience Required. Training is provided.

• Lead, train, and mentor the Blended-Line Sales Team to maximize performance.
• Oversee daily sales operations and close sales transactions.
• Foster a high-energy sales environment that excites both clients and team members.
• Ensure high-quality guest experiences with polished presentations.
• Maintain team performance and stay updated on industry trends.

• Minimum of two (2) years experience as a Timeshare Sales Associate.
• Proven ability to drive results (VPG, closing rates).
• Leadership and team-building skills.

• Inspire and engage prospective buyers through compelling presentations.
• Act as the face of the company in showcasing the benefits of vacation ownership.
• Support the sales team by providing motivation and enthusiasm in group presentations.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Charismatic speaker with excellent presentation skills.
• Previous experience in public speaking, sales, or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to connect with diverse audiences and encourage guest engagement.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate peak sales times (weekends, evenings).
