This is a full-time, on-site role located in St. Paul, MN for a Membership Sales and Service Manager. The role involves managing membership sales activities, generating leads, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Membership Sales and Service Manager will engage with potential members, build strong relationships, and drive sales strategies to meet membership and revenue goals. You will also work closely with the team to ensure outstanding client experiences and create a culture of excellence within the facility.
Qualifications- Experience in Membership Sales and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales
- Knowledge of Sales Management practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment
- Previous experience in a fitness, wellness, or performance-driven organization is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
