Wow customers by providing high-quality personal interactions and training crew on the BEST customer service experience.;
Lead the store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals set by the District Manager.;
Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards and ensure equipment is functioning; train associates accordingly.;
Open and close procedures, maintain store cleanliness, and keep the store ready for customers at all times.;
Perform store manager duties in the manager's absence and collaborate with the store manager on recruitment, training, and development of crew members.
