• Analyze key KPIs to identify business trends and adjust store strategy and resources to drive sales and profit.
• Manage expense controllables to achieve 4‑wall EBITDA, including payroll, credit, supply ordering, and gross margin.
• Cascade goals and priorities to the leadership team and associates, ensuring clear expectations and accountability.
• Identify and implement solutions to break barriers to hitting targets and goals.
• Utilize, implement, and role‑model connected coaching techniques with team members.
• Create a strong selling and service culture that enhances the customer experience.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment where all team members feel valued.
• Onboard new hires and promotions thoughtfully so they feel connected and supported.
• Develop a robust and inclusive succession plan for all key store roles.
• Maintain brand standards of operational excellence across all aspects of the business.
• Execute inventory processes, ensuring accurate preparation and adherence to standards during bi‑annual counts.
• Share industry knowledge and learnings with the Market Manager.
• Build a strong network, act with customer and business needs in mind, and influence outcomes to drive business results.
• Guide the store team through change, communicating updates and helping associates adapt.

• Proven ability to lead a large, diverse team in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L, payroll, and controllable expenses.
• Track record of using data and KPIs to inform strategy and drive performance.
• Skilled in coaching, talent development, and succession planning.
• Experience in visual merchandising and operational excellence.
• Confident decision‑maker capable of leading through change.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Passion for customer experience and ability to create a service‑first culture.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Starting Salary: $90,000 – $103,000 annually, potentially higher based on market, experience, and qualifications.
• Eligible for bonus and long‑term incentive compensation awards.
