Merchandiser – Bloomington / Burnsville

Men’s, Women's, or Mixed? This role requires a dedicated merchandiser to service the Bloomington and Burnsville areas on a rotating schedule.

St. Paul, MN (service area: Bloomington & Burnsville).

Merchandisers will work a rotating schedule of Monday–Friday and Tuesday–Saturday, typically 6 AM to 2 PM for about 40 hours per week. The position focuses on merchandise support, including stocking shelves and coolers, building displays, and following up on deliveries from drivers and storage areas.

• Stock shelves and coolers
• Fill cold boxes
• Build shelf displays
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience in the liquor industry (bartender, wait staff, liquor store) is a plus
• Goal- and result-oriented
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks
• Professional written and oral communication skills
• Reliable transportation with valid insurance and good driving record
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Must live in the vicinity of Bloomington or Burnsville for best servicing accounts

$20.00 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable), and market alignment.
