Retail Stocking Associate

We are seeking a part‑time Retail Stocking Associate to join our team at Harbor Freight Tools. The role includes customer service, product stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

Salary: $16.75 per hour (depending on location, experience, etc.). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, paid holidays, and sick time up to 64 hours). Compensation schedule: 6am–10pm.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Adherence to attendance policy is required.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with the IPP.
