As a Stylist, you act as the brand ambassador, providing personalized styling guidance that helps customers express their authentic selves. You will share product knowledge, answer questions, and inspire customers with styling recommendations. By listening to customers’ needs, you guide them to styles that fit their multifaceted lives. You’ll collaborate with your team to achieve business goals and deliver personalized customer experiences on the sales floor.

You will contribute to an inviting in-store environment and provide a seamless omnichannel experience using available tools.

• Be a representative of the brand and engage with customers to learn their lifestyle, needs, and wants.
• Offer personalized Styling Appointments to drive brand loyalty.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to style the customer.
• Build a customer base through personalized, relationship-based service.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards with a customer-focused approach.
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions.
• Collaborate with store leaders to achieve goals and daily expectations.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and helping others.

• 1 year Sales Associate or customer-focused experience
• Ability to work 20 hours a week
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Initiative in making thoughtful decisions
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
