Whatyou'll do in your role?
- Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
- Exploring individual needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
- Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan that keep our customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including anything from unique accessories to up‑and‑coming Internet of Things (IoT) devices.
- Guiding your customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers and sharing your expertise.
- Assisting Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
- Becoming proficient in the use of digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding, such as demonstrating coverage, explaining plans, and troubleshooting device and account issues.
- Completing training on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
- Building relationships with and partnering with employees across channels, including business and customer service, to collectively own the customer experience, resolve issues, and identify and hand‑off small business leads.
- Developing strong peer relationships and being accountable for the company’s success while enjoying a fun, fast‑paced environment.
- Leadership and the confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Competitive drive and willingness to lead your team, sharing best practices and resolving customer issues.
- Operational, financial, and performance management skills.
- Outstanding communication skills with both team members and customers.
- Prior wireless sales experience.
