• Set the store vision and direction, acting as a role model for your team.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain a forward‑thinking approach to deliver strategic goals in store.
• Maximize sales, maintain store standards, and motivate your team.
• Use inventory management, competitive analysis, and commercial excellence to exceed targets.
• Own resource planning and scheduling to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.

• Onboarding in Primark’s U.S. trading areas, with tools and support to succeed.
• Competitive benefits and a strong work‑life balance.

• 5+ years prior experience as a retail Store Manager in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Excellent leadership and people‑management skills, developing high‑performing teams and future leaders.
• Commercially astute – able to analyze reports and guide teams to improve performance.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders, motivating a confident and enthusiastic team.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with effective communication in English.

Salary range for this role is $111,280 – $131,040 (good faith estimate). Base pay may vary based on region and experience.
