Overview

Levy Sector overview and position information. The In-Seat Server delivers food and beverage items from the kitchen to guests in various seating areas throughout the stadium. The server should understand the menu content and ensure timely delivery, follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, and assist with area setup and breakdown.

• Ensures all food and beverage is properly delivered and/or stored.
• Knowledgeable on all menu offerings.
• Follows setup and breakdown processes efficiently.
• Understands all event paperwork and reports.
• Always exceeds guest expectations.
• Adheres to location appearance guidelines.
• Acts with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
• Maintains prep and service areas.
• Employs good safety and sanitation practices.
• Follows responsible alcohol service policies.
• Understands the importance of maintaining equipment and executes accordingly.
• Thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided.
• Performs post event product inventory and restocks as needed.
• Helps fellow employees whenever necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have a desire to gain experience and work in the food service or hospitality industry. An outgoing personality is preferred. The candidate should have the ability to interact with high profile guests and remain professional and dedicated to providing exceptional experience. The ability to communicate effectively by speaking and comprehending English, with the ability to problem solve and make decisions with little guidance.
