Documentation Control Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Documentation Control Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on managing documentation within a Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

• Maintain and manage documentation within the Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Organize and control documents to uphold accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to manage documentation processes.
• Take initiative in resolving issues and optimizing documentation processes.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Inquisitive nature and self-driven attitude.
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and ISO standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $33.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
