Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Documentation Control Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on managing documentation within a Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
Responsibilities- Maintain and manage documentation within the Quality Management System.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Organize and control documents to uphold accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to manage documentation processes.
- Take initiative in resolving issues and optimizing documentation processes.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications
- Inquisitive nature and self-driven attitude.
- Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and ISO standards.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 – $33.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
