• Be the first associate and help shape the culture, workflows, and client experience.
• Enjoy a varied caseload without overnight shifts.
• Practice with full medical autonomy and strong peer support.

• Deliver urgent patient care, including triage, diagnostics, treatment, and client communication.
• Collaborate with specialty veterinarians for complex cases.
• Maintain thorough medical records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to hospital policies, workflow design, and educational sessions for staff.
• Engage with community outreach and client education programs.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) with board certification in any specialty (appropriate).
• Valid Minnesota veterinary license.
• Experience in urgent care, emergency, or practice settings preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
