Position: Travel NICU Nurse (RN) | Saint Paul, Minnesota
An opportunity is available for experienced Neonatal Registered Nurses specializing in NICU care to provide critical support in a dynamic hospital setting. This travel position invites skilled professionals to deliver specialized care in Neonatal Intensive Care Units, contributing to the well-being of newborns requiring intensive medical attention.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to neonates in the NICU, addressing the unique needs of critically ill infants.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support families through education and compassionate communication during their infant's hospital stay.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and responses to treatment.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure with certification or experience in Neonatal Intensive Care.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced NICU environments with critically ill newborns.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to travel assignments and varied shift schedules.

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts, available on nights or days.
• Weekend rotation every other weekend.
• Assignment length is approximately 8 weeks.
