• Pass meds and give treatments as ordered
• Keep an eye on residents and let the RN or provider know if something changes
• Help residents with daily needs and rehab goals
• Work side by side with CNAs, nurses, and therapy staff
• Talk with residents and families about care plans in a clear, kind way
• Pitch in to make sure the floor runs smoothly

• Current LPN license in Minnesota
• Experience in long-term care is helpful, but not required
• Dependable, caring, and able to work well with others
• Comfortable with meds, treatments, and basic documentation
