We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team and help shape the future of our community.

The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing all nursing operations within the community, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. You will lead, mentor, and support the nursing team while working closely with administration to promote a positive workplace culture and outstanding resident experiences.

• Lead and manage all nursing services, including assessments, care planning, medication management, and infection control
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (state, federal, and facility policies)
• Recruit, train, and onboard nursing staff; provide coaching and performance feedback
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and compassionate care
• Oversee clinical documentation and quality assurance initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Address clinical concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Support survey readiness and quality improvement efforts

• Active RN license (State of Minnesota or eligible)
• Previous nursing leadership experience (Director of Nursing, Assistant DON, Nurse Manager, or similar)
• Knowledge of long-term care or senior living regulations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Survey and compliance experience

Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year
