RN – OB​/GYN Telephone Triage in | Potential Stoppage

Overview

Interim Health Care Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for an OB/GYN Telephone Triage role supporting a large, multi-clinic healthcare organization (primary and specialty care) with locations across the Twin Cities metro area during a Potential Work Stoppage
.

This role is focused on phone-based triage for OB/GYN patients
, providing clinical guidance, assessment, and care direction. Candidates must be willing to work and cross a picket line if a work stoppage occurs.

• Up to $84.20 per hour

• Provide telephonic nursing triage for OB/GYN patients
• Assess symptoms and determine appropriate level of care
• Utilize clinical protocols and documentation systems
• Escalate urgent concerns to providers as appropriate
• Educate patients on care plans and follow-up instructions
• Support continuity of care across clinic services

• This assignment is for up to 7 days
• In-Clinic Telephone Triage shifts
• Hours may vary based on operational needs
• Schedule details provided upon activation

• Active Minnesota RN license
• Prior OB/GYN and/or telephone triage experience required
• Current BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers (AHA or Red Cross only)
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and communication skills
• Comfort working in a work-stoppage environment
