Position
Plasma Donor Screener / Phlebotomist (Part‑Time) – Saint Paul, MN
About the RoleAs a Plasma Donor Screener, you will support our plasma donation center, ensuring donors are safely screened and processed while maintaining high standards of customer service and quality. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities- Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor experience while ensuring safety.
- Screen new and repeat donors, take and record donor vital signs and finger‑stick results.
- Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company‑approved procedures.
- Be available for a variety of shift schedules, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, reach above shoulders and below knees.
- Ability to lift up to 5 lbs.; occasional lifting up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- Experience with potential exposure to blood borne pathogens (risk level
1) and ability to wear gloves for prolonged periods. - Minimum of one (1) year of customer or patient‑facing experience (preferred).

Compensation and Benefits SummaryStarting hourly wage: $18.00 per hour. The wage offered is in accordance with state and local minimum wage requirements. Part‑time employees are eligible for short‑term incentives and may participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, short‑ and long‑term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well‑being benefits.
You may accrue up to 80 hours of sick time and up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
