St. Anthony Park Home is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to take full ownership of an assigned unit and lead day-to-day clinical care. This role reports directly to the Director of Nursing and is ideal for an RN who enjoys being hands-on, leading staff, and ensuring high-quality resident care.
Responsibilities- Own daily clinical operations for your assigned unit
- Lead and support nursing staff on the unit
- Ensure care plans, documentation, and compliance standards are met
- Partner closely with the DON and interdisciplinary team
- Active RN license
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
- Unit leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
- Pay: $40–$45/hour
- Health insurance
