Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Level IV Neonatal ICU position in Minnesota requiring advanced NICU skills and a current MN RN license.
Responsibilities- Work in a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- Care for critically ill newborns, including pre-term and extremely low birth weight infants
- Patient care includes infants with assisted ventilation needs, high frequency ventilators (JET and Oscillator), conventional vents, bubble CPAP, RAM cannula, and HFNC
- May explore opportunities for permanent placement after contract completion
- Must be proficient in managing ventilation and respiratory support for neonatal patients
- Active MN RN license required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum two years of Level IV NICU nursing experience
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- Experience providing pre- and post-operative care to critically ill newborns, including those with tracheostomies
- Strong knowledge of developmental care for neonates
