• Work 3-4 days per week, 10-12 hours per day (every other Saturday, closed on Sundays). Clinics open as early as 5am and close as late as 8pm. Teammates must be available to open and close.
• Float incentives offered.
• Compensation increases as you complete different levels of training and take on more responsibility.

• 30%: Supervise and perform direct patient care including vital sign monitoring, dialysis initiation/termination, documentation, physical assessment, transcription of physician's orders, and lab work management.
• 20%: Provide dialysis therapy: formulate dialysis plans per physician orders, manage ultrafiltration rates, verify safety measures, administer medications, discontinue dialysis per procedure, and document all activity.
• 20%: Analyze patient assessments and laboratory data, identify concerns, notify physicians, notice signs of trauma or condition changes, review dialysis orders, document observations, and communicate emergencies to supervisors.
• 15%: Assess patient and family learning readiness, provide education on renal disease and dialysis treatment, participate in developing the short- and long-term care plan, and prepare monthly progress notes.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing required;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) accepted; a three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for a nursing degree.
• Valid nursing license for the state.
• 1 year RN experience required.

The wage range for this role is $37.00 – $52.00 per hour.
