Health Partners is hiring an RN for the Urgent Care department l Como Clinic.
Position PurposeProvide high quality patient care in an urgent care setting, perform nursing assessments, care coordination, education, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Perform nursing assessments, triage, and IV administration.
- Coordinate care and provide education to patients and families.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain records.
- Collaborate with health care team and make referrals as appropriate.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Current RN licensure in Minnesota; RN licensure in Wisconsin within two months of hire.
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience in ambulatory or inpatient settings.
- BLS certification for health professionals from American Heart Association or Red Cross (online BLS not acceptable).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- One year full‑time employment as an RN.
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
- Manual dexterity; proficiency in English; other languages may be required.
