Clinical Nurse Supervisor

PAY

• Annual salary of $85,000

As a Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will provide hands‑on leadership and oversight to nursing staff, ensuring high quality, patient‑centered care across assigned programs or regions in accordance with 245d regulations. The role combines clinical expertise with team management, supporting Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and direct care team members in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care. This position also requires traveling and program site visits throughout the metro.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Active RN license in Minnesota
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience
• A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check
• Knowledge of 245D regulations and person‑centered care principles
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• CPR certification and familiarity with EMR systems
• Experience in older adults, individuals with identified needs, and / or mental health preferred
• Knowledge of quality improvement frameworks and patient safety standards
• Ability to lead in fast‑paced, changing environments
