Position Summary
The LPN is responsible for providing residents with high-quality direct routine care, under the supervision of the RN and according to Minnesota BON standards, the Resident’s Bill of Rights, and the facility QAPI program. The LPN participates in developing and modifying the resident Plan of Care, implementing delegated interventions, and reporting changes to the RN. The LPN also assigns and monitors nursing tasks of unlicensed staff, ensuring high standards of care to support residents' well-being.
Qualifications
- Completion of an approved nursing education program and current Minnesota Practical Nurse license
- Current CPR and emergency care certification
- Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living facilities preferred
