About your cover letter:

Job Summary

The Grants Manager is the organizational backbone of our grants management function. You'll ensure that nothing falls through the cracks: deadlines are met, funders are happy, reports are complete, and our grants portfolio stays organized and compliant.

You’ll manage our grants from opportunity identification through closeout—researching new funding sources, coordinating the information-gathering process for proposals and reports, tracking deliverables and compliance requirements, and crafting compelling narratives that connect our programs to funder priorities. You’ll build and maintain systems that help everyone across the organization understand what's due and when, and you’ll flag opportunities that align with our mission for leadership to evaluate.

This role combines strong organizational skills with creative storytelling. You’ll need to understand how to reframe our work to align with diverse funding opportunities while staying authentic to our mission and the communities we serve.
