The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing all marketing and social media initiatives to support the strategy and business objectives of AEI.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with AEI’s Sales, 1031, and Property Acquisition teams to develop national strategies to promote the sale of the company’s commercial real estate investment programs and services.
- Develop strategies and their supporting communication print and multi-media materials that include, but are not be limited to product awareness, investor communications, prospect generation, events, and loyalty/retention initiatives.
- Create and oversee high quality written content for investor communications, thought leadership pieces, digital campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Monitoring, measuring, and optimizing all marketing and advertising projects with the goal of increasing response rates, leads and sales.
- Evaluate market research and analysis including monitoring competitor products, sales, and marketing activities and adjust AEO Marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Establish, maintain and enhance AEI brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee all aspects of the company website to include content, functionality, and design.
- Collaboratively develop digital marketing strategy to enhance the social presence for AEI to assist with lead generation and talent acquisitions.
- Manage all print production and electronic communication deployments to ensure quality, accuracy and fulfillment of messaging to desired groups/demographics.
- Create and present budgets for all print and electronic marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience in marketing in financial services industry. Alternative Investments preferred.
- Well-developed and effective organizational and interpersonal skills are required to develop and maintain high levels of interaction with AEI sales and marketing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Thorough understanding of the financial industry (alternative investment space preferred).
- Ability to demonstrate a track record of executing integrated campaigns (or initiatives) that directly impacted sales.
- Effective, proactive planning, development (concept to completion), and project management skills are a must.
