Job Description

Please read the full job description to learn how to apply for this role.

Voltas is reimagining the future of medical device development and manufacturing.

We are a vertically integrated medical device partner—Vertically Charged—bringing design, engineering, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercialization together under one roof. No hand-offs. Just momentum.

Today, we’re building the team and systems to design, develop, manufacture, and launch medical devices faster and more efficiently than the industry standard.

Our goal is simple but ambitious: help innovators bring devices to market in under two years, without the friction and failure points that slow most teams down.

Behind the scenes, Voltas is powered by experienced medical device operators, engineers, designers, regulators, and commercial leaders who saw an opportunity to build something better. We’re growing our team with driven, humble, high-ownership professionals who want to do the best work of their careers.

We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own and evolve the Voltas brand, messaging, and go-to-market strategy—turning our vertically integrated model into a clear, compelling story that resonates with founders, executives, and innovators across the medical device ecosystem.

Who You Are
  • You are passionate, hungry, driven.
  • You are a strategic marketer who can think big and execute relentlessly.
  • You love deeply understanding customers—their markets, constraints, fears, and motivations—and translating those insights into sharp positioning and messaging.
  • You are obsessed with value propositions and clarity. You know how to explain what makes Voltas different, category-defining, and indispensable.
  • You have a strong sense of ownership. You don’t wait for permission, and you don’t pass the buck. You eliminate blockers and move fast with confidence.
  • You’re comfortable collaborating directly with leadership, sales, product, engineering, and clients.
  • You balance creativity with rigor—brand storytelling with measurable impact.
  • You have empathy for clients and, ultimately, for patients. Everything you build keeps the end user in mind.
What You’ll Do
  • Own the Voltas brand and marketing strategy across channels, from positioning and messaging to campaigns and content.
  • Partner closely with the leadership team to define and amplify Voltas’ POV in the medical device industry.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing programs that support sales, growth, and long-term brand equity.
  • Oversee content strategy across formats (video, written, visual, campaigns, thought leadership), ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Shape and evolve our go-to-market strategy by learning from customer conversations, sales feedback, and performance data.
  • Lead client medical device brand and commercialization projects, working closely with clients to execute deliverables and achieve product growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Design, Engineering, and Operations to align messaging with reality.
  • Improve and iterate on existing marketing assets while identifying new opportunities to differentiate Voltas.
  • Lead with ownership—setting direction, prioritizing work, and driving execution without hand-offs.
  • Grow as a leader while helping others grow. You’ll teach, learn, give feedback, and raise the bar for the entire team.
What You Bring
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies
  • Strong storytelling, positioning, and messaging skills
  • Startup, scale-up, or agency experience is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail paired with big-picture thinking
