CNC Plasma Operator – 1st Shift (Full-Time)

As a CNC Plasma Operator, you’ll be part of a high‑performing team producing components for large‑scale industrial tank fabrication—work that’s hands‑on, technical, and genuinely rewarding.
What You’ll Do- Operate CNC plasma tables to cut large metal sheets with precision
- Assist with additional shop tasks such as grinding, prepping, and general fabrication
- Safely operate a sit‑down forklift to move and stage materials
- Collaborate with a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures
- Experience operating machinery in a fabrication or manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with plasma cutting, laser cutting, or CNC equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Comfort using tools such as burn tables, mills, press brakes, lathes, grinders, and welding equipment
- Strong tape‑measure skills and confidence working with sheet‑metal measurements
- CNC programming or operation experience
- Forklift certification
- Metal finishing or polishing experience

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
