CNC Plasma Operator – 1st Shift (Full-Time)

As a CNC Plasma Operator, you’ll be part of a high‑performing team producing components for large‑scale industrial tank fabrication—work that’s hands‑on, technical, and genuinely rewarding.

• Operate CNC plasma tables to cut large metal sheets with precision
• Assist with additional shop tasks such as grinding, prepping, and general fabrication
• Safely operate a sit‑down forklift to move and stage materials
• Collaborate with a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures

• Experience operating machinery in a fabrication or manufacturing setting
• Familiarity with plasma cutting, laser cutting, or CNC equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Comfort using tools such as burn tables, mills, press brakes, lathes, grinders, and welding equipment
• Strong tape‑measure skills and confidence working with sheet‑metal measurements

• CNC programming or operation experience
• Forklift certification
• Metal finishing or polishing experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Saint Paul,MN.
