Mon – Fri 5:30am – 2:00pm

Job Summary

The Production Technician – Medical Device is responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and packaging medical device products in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). This entry-level role follows standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements while performing tasks in a cleanroom or production environment. The Production Technician ensures product quality, maintains a clean work area, and supports production operations as needed.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform one or more functions on assembly lines, including washing components or equipment, wrapping for sterilization, assembling or gluing components, packaging and sealing devices, preparing devices for sterilization, and final labeling or packaging.
  • Operate general production equipment such as sealers, autoclaves, and stir plates.
  • Receive and distribute supplies to production areas as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the production area in accordance with GMP standards.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Follow rigorous quality standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and cGMP requirements.
  • Complete required training in a timely manner.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Basic English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to understand verbal and written safety and quality instructions, including technical drawings.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Education

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.

Work Experience
  • Entry-level position; prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
