Twin City Staffing is hiring a skilled Tool and Die Maker II to support a precision manufacturing operation. This mid-level role focuses on building, testing, repairing, and troubleshooting metal stamping dies used in punch press operations. The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Wage: $33 - $41 hourly wage (based on experience)

Duties of the Tool and Die Maker II:

• Assemble, test, and repair metal stamping dies
• Build and maintain complex tools and fixtures, including blanking and brake tools
• Troubleshoot die issues and perform repairs to maintain production quality
• Interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to ensure accuracy
• Support punch press operations while following safety standards

Requirements of the Tool and Die Maker II:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Technical degree or certification in tool and die making preferred
• 3–5 years of tool and die experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work safely in a production setting
