CNC Press Brake Set-up Operator III

• Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines for complex parts
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, job orders, and work instructions to ensure accurate production
• Select tooling, calculate bend allowances, and optimize setups for quality and efficiency
• Verify part accuracy using precision measuring tools
• Perform visual inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
• Stage materials and maintain accurate job documentation
• Collaborate with production teams to meet schedules and delivery goals
• Train and mentor Level I and Level II operators
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Have strong CNC press brake setup and operation experience in metal stamping
• Can confidently read and interpret complex blueprints
• Take pride in precision, quality, and first-pass success
• Troubleshoot forming issues independently
• Communicate well and lead by example
• Prioritize safety and consistency

• Advanced CNC press brake setup and operation skills
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Proven problem-solving ability
• 5+ years of metal fabrication or related manufacturing experience preferred; the more experience the better
• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Visual acuity and manual dexterity for precision work
