The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in supporting production operations within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for shipping and receiving, material kitting, inventory control, and handling surplus and returned materials. The role requires a strong attention to detail, accuracy in material handling, and effective communication with internal teams to ensure materials are available to meet production schedules.

Located in St. Paul, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and inspection of materials.
• Support kitting activities by preparing materials for production at least two days prior to scheduled work orders and communicating any material shortages to appropriate stakeholders.
• Manage surplus and returned materials, ensuring proper restocking and accurate updates within the ERP system.
• Conduct cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies to maintain high inventory accuracy.
• Assist with training new team members and provide coverage for shipping and receiving functions as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse processes and material flow.
• Perform additional warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems;
  Epicor experience is a plus. Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
