Provide Quality Technician support to Arden Hills commercial and development manufacturing lines ensuring delivery of the highest quality product to the customer while supporting continuous improvement projects and quality initiatives. This is a dynamic support role requiring cross‑functional collaboration with production, manufacturing, and quality team members. This role includes responsibility for providing day‑to‑day quality support for manufacturing, including the processing of non‑conforming product (identification, documentation, segregation, evaluation and disposition), certifying, assisting with NCEPs, help in investigations, collaborating and providing feedback to builders to respond to quality signals.

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows an onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week.

• Processing non-conforming product
• Providing technical assistance to engineering for yield fallout investigations, manufacturing instruction compliance, product containment bounding, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Updating databases and spreadsheets used to track, monitor, and report department activities in tier meetings and core team meetings.
• Using the inventory and traceability management systems to transact and research material.
• Assisting engineers in providing manufacturing support by training operators on processes and engineering changes. Performs operator certification on‑job training and testing.
• Providing support to engineers by collecting, compiling, measuring, organizing, and documenting data, as well as developing procedural documentation.
• Assisting during audit activities.
• Assisting Engineers in developing or changing manufacturing instructions.
• Assisting Engineers in monitoring traceability and inspection requirements, statistical process control criteria, and manufacturing practices and procedures.
• Assisting engineers in failure analysis
• Participating in continuous improvement projects.
• Proactively auditing the line to identify and elevate Quality opportunities.
• Participating in NCEPs

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1 year of quality or manufacturing experience
• Must work well in a team environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Able to read, understand, and communicate procedural requirements

• Associate’s degree in technical discipline (or equivalent)
• Self-starter with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
• Able to work independently under limited supervision as well as in a team environment
• Highly Proficiency with Microsoft desktop environment:
  Windows and Office 365
• Process Owner and NCEP owner certification
• Experience with product/component inspection and testing and Manufacturing Execution System (MES)

Minimum Salary: $38,688
Maximum Salary: $65,728
