• Evaluate customer RFQs and develop accurate tooling quotes
• Program vertical CNC mills using advanced CAD/CAM software
• Lead projects and manage cross-functional teams
• Support the machining process development and quality control
• Inspect parts using CNC, CMMs and manual tools
• Embrace ongoing cross-training and skills development

• Experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of purchasing systems and project buyouts
• The ability to manage shop schedules, routing, and requisitions
• Critical thinking and fast problem-solving skills

• 10+ years in modern mold manufacturing
• Degree from technical school or equivalent real-world experience
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM and CMM inspection
• Strong math, reasoning, and communication abilities
