Robotic Welder Operator

Eagan, MN (Contract to Hire; Fully onsite in Saint Paul, MN)

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Straight 8‑hour shift with paid breaks and lunch)

As a Robotic Welder Operator, you’ll perform robotic and MIG welding on aluminum components, focusing on precision and quality in a modern, state‑of‑the‑art facility.

• Operate robotic welding machinery for aluminum components
• Perform MIG welding on aluminum up to 1/4" thick
• Execute T‑joint and butt‑welds with accuracy
• Read and interpret blueprints for precise welding tasks
• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout operations

• Proficiency in MIG welding, especially aluminum
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience with robotic welding equipment

• Work in a brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art facility
• Enjoy paid breaks during a straight 8‑hour shift

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
