Twin City Staffing is seeking a detail‑oriented procurement specialist to support production schedules, cost objectives, and inventory goals for a growing manufacturing operation. This role is ideal for someone with procurement or purchasing experience who enjoys working cross‑functionally, managing suppliers, and ensuring materials arrive on time and within budget.

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Wage: $31 - $39 hourly wage (based on experience)

• Manage and track purchase orders to ensure on‑time material delivery
• Work with suppliers to resolve order issues and negotiate pricing
• Support production by coordinating material needs and schedules
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and inventory levels
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to keep operations running smoothly

• At least 1 year of purchasing or procurement experience
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with ERP systems (JobBOSS preferred) and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with suppliers and internal teams
