Shipping Associate

At Crystal D, we create products that turn emotions into memories. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-driven Shipper to help pack and ship high-quality products that delight our customers.

• Accurately pack and ship products by following Sales Work Orders and production instructions.

• Handle products with care to ensure quality and prevent damage.

• Keep production and shipping systems up to date.

• Work safely, following all Crystal D and OSHA safety standards.

• Meet productivity and quality expectations every day.

• Crosstrain and jump in to help other areas when needed.

• Use lean tools and 5S practices to keep the workspace clean and efficient.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 1+ year of experience in a production or assembly environment.

• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.

• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.

• Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment.

• Reliable transportation.

• Indoor, clean production setting

• Standing, lifting, reaching, and moving throughout the shift
