• Champion Inclusive History: Lead the charge in centering historically marginalized voices and ensuring our archives and programs reflect the true diversity of Ramsey County.
• Build Authentic Partnerships: Strengthen ties with donors, the Board, and community stakeholders through a leadership style rooted in emotional intelligence, transparency, and trust.
• Drive Sustainable Impact: Grow our financial capacity and operational systems to ensure RCHS remains a vibrant, ethical steward of our shared stories for generations to come.

• Location: Primarily Saint Paul and Falcon Heights, MN.
• Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.
