Summary
Our branch banking roles offer a welcoming and inclusive team environment where you are empowered every day to help our customers achieve their financial goals. As a Branch Manager, you are responsible for managing the branch, leading all facets of sales, service, and operations, coaching the team to achieve budgeted production goals, acquiring new consumer and business customers, initiating referrals to partners, and deepening all existing customer relationships.
You will also maintain consistent business development and calling programs.
- Managing a portfolio of high‑value consumer and business customers.
- Referring customers to other areas of the bank to meet their needs and build internal partnerships.
- Leading the team to provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve issues.
- Leveraging available tools and technology to identify and present sales and service opportunities.
- Maintaining knowledge and educating the team on all products, services, technology, and policies.
- Maintaining active community involvement and developing key business and community relationships.
- Developing internal partnerships to drive business in the market area.
- Overseeing the recruitment and hiring process to ensure a staffed team aligned with company culture.
- Securing resources required to support the team.
- Managing overall branch operations while adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
- Understanding branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
- Demonstrating acumen in banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, process management, coaching, colleague development, and presentation.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year in a goal‑driven retail sales leadership role
* or* a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Bachelor’s Degree and previous management experience.
- Ability to drive, lead, and understand branch sales, service, operations & financial performance.
- Demonstrated acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer & business lending.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking.
- Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
- Ability to develop, influence, inspire, and motivate colleagues to increase retention.

Compensation Range$75,000-$85,000 Annual Salary
