Job Overview
Small Sums is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager to support the delivery and enhancement of our services. This role is crucial in ensuring we effectively serve workers, build strong community partnerships, and maintain accurate data and inventory. The Program Manager will report to the Executive Director and will play a key role in program administration and workers' services.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Administration and Leadership
Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Small Sums' programs, ensuring alignment of program activities with strategic plan goals.
Supervise Program Team staff and interns, fostering and maintaining a culture of mutual respect, joy in the work, and open collaboration in providing dignified and personalized services to workers.
Provide administrative support to ensure program operations run smoothly and effectively.
Worker (Client) Services Management
Oversee the number of workers served in a given time period, setting, and then ensuring service goals are met.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and worker satisfaction.
Develop strategies to improve worker engagement and outcomes.
Operations Management
Maintain and manage inventory levels for program supplies and materials.
Develop efficient inventory budget monitoring, tracking, and management systems.
Manage program-related financial transactions and monthly reporting.
Coordinate with the Program Team to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of necessary supplies.
Data Management
Develop and implement protocols for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry and management in the client database.
Generate regular reports on program performance and client outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage relationship with Client Services Management (CRM) software provider for system adjustments and updates.
Community Partnership Building
Identify prospects and establish partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and service providers to ensure holistic well-being for workers through a network of mutually beneficial support.
Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships to ensure ongoing collaboration and support.
Represent Small Sums at community meetings, events, and networking opportunities as needed.
Other duties and support of colleagues as needed
This position is full-time, with a schedule of 32 hours per week, Monday-Thursday.
Starting hourly pay range for this position, depending on qualifications and experience, will be: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour (approx. $45,000 - $50,000 annual equivalent).
Medical insurance. You are eligible for health coverage through our company policy. Small Sums will fully cover your individual monthly premium.
Participation in the Small Sums Simple IRA savings plan with up to 3% contributed by Small Sums.
141 hours (17 days) of PTO leave per year, accruing at a rate of 10.84 hours per month (up to 80 hours carryover to the following year).
Thirteen paid holidays:
New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day (no carryover to the following year).
