Operations Manager, Retail & Store Manager
Overview
Responsible for creating and implementing strategies to foster a high touch, customer-focused and strategically aligned organization. Ensures retailer experience processes enable associates to meet corporate customer service-related goals and objectives. Cultivates an environment of team development, professionalism, knowledge and sense of urgency that demonstrates our commitment to excellence. Supports opportunities to provide a competitive advantage in the marketplace by enhancing sales growth.
Collaborates with enterprise counterparts and retail partners to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of programs and services to positively impact retail partners and homeowners.
- Proactively learn best practices and/or process automation techniques from other contact centers to increase performance and drive the team to quickly adopt process improvements that support scalability for growth and ease of doing business.
- Develops and implements communication strategies for Renewal to promote understanding and adoption of customer service strategies.
- Acquires feedback from retail partners to create plans, programs and processes that promote long-term continuous improvement to ensure a high level of retailer satisfaction.
- Develops teams by providing timely performance evaluations, constructive feedback, and development and career plans, coaching through 1:1s, leads team meetings, and provides educational/growth opportunities.
- Identifies long-range performance improvement needs and coaching opportunities.
- Develops and reports daily KPIs, and monitors team performance against goals. Takes corrective action as necessary and incorporates associate feedback to improve the efficiency and performance of the team to meet the expected turnaround time.
- Accountable for the team’s performance and responsible for recognition of individual/team achievements.
- Partners with Regional Managers and works cross-functionally to influence Supply Chain, RD&I, Quality, and retail partner relationships.
- Creates a plan for appropriate and efficient staffing levels by recruiting, selecting, and training.
- Evaluates the business needs to launch new staffing models that incorporate variable work schedules to support our retail business ordering models.
- Bachelor’s degree plus 5-8 years of management experience; or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities.
- Customer Service Experience Preferred.
- Highly effective communication, both orally and in writing, is required.
- Organizational, Problem-solving, and Leadership Skills Are Essential.
- Time management skills and an ability to prioritize projects/work are essential.
- Ability to assess productivity and workflow using various measurements in order to achieve targeted productivity goals.
- Ability to effectively lead and manage a diverse workforce and motivate others.
- Ability to work with all levels of individuals, internal and external to the enterprise.
- Pay is based on factors including work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Recruiter can share specifics during the hiring process.
- Pay Range: $89,294.00 - $
