Sodexo Airline Lounges Operations Manager

Sodexo Live! is seeking an Operations Manager who will lead our new Gameway MSP lounge in Minneapolis St. Paul, MN. Gameway Lounges are a unique opportunity to manage a space for gaming as well as our premium culinary services, providing spaces for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product.
  • Achieve company and client financial targets and goals.
  • Develop and maintain client and customer relationships.
  • Motivate, coach, mentor, and develop frontline (hourly) staff.
  • Ensure Sodexo standards are met, including compliance with food and physical safety programs.
  • Own profit and loss, inventory, and fiscal responsibilities of operating a standalone business.

What You Bring
  • Work history demonstrating strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively across all levels.
  • 2-3 years experience at Ops Manager or AGM level with a recognized concept or company.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, excellent professional communication, and a passion for high-level customer service.
  • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems, and menu graphics programs.
  • Experience in financials, preparation, and oversight.

Minimum Education:

Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum Management

Experience:

2 Years.

Minimum Functional

Experience:

2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
