We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Supply Chain & Logistics to optimize our end-to-end supply chain functions and drive operational excellence. This role is based at our headquarters in Saint Paul, MN.

You will own the entire materials and logistics lifecycle, leading all strategy and daily execution across the following core functions:

• Sourcing & Purchasing: Develop and execute procurement strategies, negotiate key supplier contracts, and manage vendor performance to secure quality, cost‑effective materials at optimal inventory levels.
• Planning & Scheduling: Oversee the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, master scheduling, and MRP to ensure production efficiency and service level targets are met.
• Warehousing & Logistics: Lead warehousing operations, inventory management (including cycle counting), and domestic/international shipping and receiving, driving efficiency and accuracy.
• Packaging: Ensure quality, accuracy and cost‑efficient packaging of our finished goods.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the Supply Chain, Planning, Warehouse, and Packaging teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean principles).

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain and Planning leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing all functions listed above:
  Sourcing, Planning, Scheduling, Warehousing, Packaging and Shipping/Receiving.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and strong analytical skills for data‑driven decision‑making.

Starting base salary for this role is anticipated to be $125,000 - $165,000 commensurate with experience plus performance bonus eligibility.
