This position will focus oncreating and buildingnewexternal relationships with employee insurance benefitsbrokersand adjacentpartners.
This position is open to candidates working remotely from any state within the U.S. or can be on-site at our Woodbury, MN location.
- Establish areferral network of employee benefit brokersby becoming a trusted partner to handle their ICHRA clients
- Lead meetings with external audiences anddemonstrateour best-in-class ICHRAplatformwith insurance brokers andbusinessesowners
- Becomean ICHRAproduct expert and thought leader across the broader ICHRA landscape
- Partner with product,operationsandimplementationteams to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers
Musthaves:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able toestablishrelationships built on respect and trust
- 3-5 years of channel sales experience
- Proven track recordof carrying and exceeding annual sales quota
- Previous experience selling employee benefits, and/or HR insurance products.
Preferred:
- Existing network of brokers that could beleveragedimmediately
- Knowledge of ICHRA/QSEHRA products and how they work within the insurance market
- Experience using Hub Spot or another CRM to manage leads and deals
- Employer-paid health, dental, vision, long term disability, and life insurance
- Voluntary disability and accident/critical illness
