• Lead major IT initiatives, including the design, deployment, and optimization of new systems and services.
• Ensure compliance with asset management policies for all hardware containing storage devices.
• Monitor IT system performance, analyzing cost and productivity to recommend improvements.
• Oversee lifecycle and capacity management for IT infrastructure.
• Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and operational processes.
• Direct the design, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• Participate in security programs and adopt new methodologies as appropriate.
• Evaluate technology vendors and manage related contracts.
• Collaborate with internal business units to identify and implement IT improvements.
• Ensure ITSM practices align with the ITIL framework, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of a CMDB, including policy and process accuracy.
• Develop and maintain IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Create and manage IT training guides for end users and support staff.
• Coordinate IT support efforts related to workforce changes, acquisitions, and training activities.
• Assist IT leadership in managing large technology projects.
• Support IT leadership with vendor relationships, contract management, and technology refresh plans.
• Partner with IT leadership on staffing, training, professional development, and team building initiatives.
• Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Maintain and support disaster recovery planning and readiness.
• Ensure timely and appropriate communication to end users regarding outages or service changes.
• Help maintain accurate budgets and track ongoing IT expenses.
• Work with budgeting and spend management teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
• Attend meetings and represent the IT function as required.
• Enforce and measure compliance with IT policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Master's degree in a related discipline, preferred.

• 10 years of IT service operations management experience, required.
• 5 years of experience with Microsoft Server, Azure, and Office products, preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficiency in IT architecture, design, processes, and operational procedures.
