What You Will Do
  • Empowering the team to self‑organize/self‑manage, including Capability Leaders, Stakeholders and Technical Resources.
  • Scheduling and facilitating team meetings, including daily/weekly check‑ins, stakeholder meetings, project planning, etc.
  • Providing input to a cross‑divisional, cross‑platform organization on how best to utilize our structure and tools to maximize efficiency and results.
  • Leading the team through project planning to gain consensus as to what can be achieved.
  • Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
  • Identifying and removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
  • Working with the Capability Leads to track timelines, budget and scope.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6–8 years IT experience
  • 6+ years’ experience in Digital Project Management
  • 6+ years working on software development products / agile methodologies
  • Experience working with cross‑functional business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
  • Strong relationship and organizational skills
  • Must have demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated skill and knowledge of leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and empowerment
  • Experience working with international colleagues and/or development partners
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non‑technical staff
  • Experience working with agile teams
  • Use of Service Now Project Management (SPM), Microsoft Azure Dev Ops (ADO), Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft SharePoint/Teams.
Annual Or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $96,700.00 – $. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
